Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly or yearly and you can change or cancel from the app. If you cancel a yearly plan, we refund the months you haven’t used.
When do I get my money?
Straight away. Every payment lands in your Zaya account the moment it’s made, day or night, weekends included. Move it out whenever you like.
Where is my money kept?
Money in your Zaya account is held with licensed partners and kept apart from Zaya’s own funds. Zaya is a financial technology company.
What do I need to sign up?
Your phone number and BVN to start selling. Add your CAC business name or company number to unlock higher limits and payouts to other accounts.
Do the agents cost extra?
No. All five agents come with Grow and Pro. On Start, the Bookkeeper and Stockkeeper can tell you things; upgrade to let them suggest and act.
Can I use Zaya outside Nigeria?
Yes. Pick a market on the home page and prices, payment methods and tax switch with it. Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, the UK, the US and the eurozone are ready.
