Do I need the card, or can I use my own?

You can link any Visa or Mastercard and earn 5 points per £1 at Zaya shops. The Zaya Rewards card earns double that, plus 1 point per £1 everywhere else.

What’s a point worth?

100 points is £1 off at any Zaya shop. You can also spend them on rewards like a free coffee, or give them to a local food pantry.

Is my money safe on the Zaya Rewards card?

Your balance is held with licensed partners, kept separate from Zaya’s own money. You can freeze or cancel the card any time in the app.

How old do you need to be?

18 for your own account. Teen cards are for 11 to 17-year-olds, set up by a parent or guardian in Family.

What does a shop see about me?

Only what you allow, shop by shop: your first name, visits and usual order. Turn it off and you’re “a rewards member”. Shops never see your card number, email or other shops.
